The subject of this thesis is two-storey wooden basement house. The building plot is located in Brno. The House is designed with the view of surrounding buildings and the location. The House will be used for living of a family of five members. The plan view of the House is almost rectangular. The main entrance and the driveway to the House is at 1st floor level. The vertical walls are formed by a wooden frame with thermal insulation sheathed on both sides of wood chip boards and plasterboards. The ceiling structure is made of wooden beams with embedded insulation. The detached house is covered with two sloping shed roofs. Ecology Wooden Structure House in Krtiny

The aim of my bachelor's thesis is a project of a new detached house on a sloped site at a level of the documentation for the structure realization. The building is partly basement with two above-ground floor. Individual floors up recede and are roofed with half span roof. The building is divided into four sections.The structure system of the basement part is made up of permanet shuttering and the above-groud part is made up of timber frame. The project of the building is in accordance with the development plan of Křtiny and with the current street built. The work puts great emphasis on layout including security of the construction in terms of statics, architecture, energy savings and safety at utilizing the structure.

Preparation of the implementation of Kelčský Javorník Lookout Tower, Rajnochovice

This diploma thesis is based on preparation of the implementation of Kelčský Javorník Lookout Tower in Rajnochovice. The main idea of the lookout tower constructing is to increase the local tourism. Diploma thesis assesses the whole project and it is focused on the foundation of the rough lower construction and also on assembly of the higher construction. Planning was assessed in terms of time, finance and in terms of the use of material resources. The quality of construction will be ensured by created inspection and test plans. To increase the overall service life of the structures, a scheduled maintenance schedule was designed. A variant solution of electricity supply was proposed, which will shorten the construction time, reduce the total construction costs and the overall maintenance of the building during its lifetime.

Concretely assessment of resistance joist's floors, design alternative's strengthening and impact of surcharge on pronounces constructions. This bachelor‘s thesis is focused on description and evaluation of selected diagnostic methods used for a survey of timber structures. The first part describes the structure and properties of wood, damaged by external factors and protection. Another part provides a description of non-destructive, semi-destructive and destructive methods of diagnosis. The practical part applies the selected diagnostical methods on specific particular element of a wooden construction. The aim of this bachelor’s thesis is to become familiar with the survey proces timber elements, verification and their application in practice.
